Youth Mentor & Education Specialist
Erin Burns is a Youth Mentor and Education Specialist. Erin graduated with her BA from University of WI-Madison and has lived in Colorado all her adult life. She has volunteered with a number of social justice and animal welfare programs, advocating for underserved children through CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children), fostering dogs for multiple rescues, and supporting a local animal therapy organization. In 2016 Erin received the Claudia D. Miller Liberty Bell Award from the First Judicial Bar Association. This award is given to an individual who has furthered the interaction of the community and the legal system and provided an uncommon contribution to the system or government as a whole.
