David Z.

Dave is an Adventure Therapist with SOAR and is an avid outdoorsman.  His main interests include snowboarding, mountaineering, fishing, backpacking, and traveling.  After growing up in south Georgia, he relocated to Salt Lake City for his undergraduate degree and then to Florida for his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.  Therapy strategies he uses are heavily based in CBT and related techniques, and he has a background in residential, outpatient, and wilderness therapy programs.
