About the Event
Think of this class as more of a meditation class, where we focus on more subtle energy within and around the physical body. We take traditional yoga poses a bit further by adding our own expressions and variations. Allowing for deeper space to be created in the physical body for the mind-body connection to grow stronger and more intelligent. We coordinate breath with movement and expand awareness beyond posture into more subtle regions of the body.
This class is every Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30.
